I build platform systems where reliability isn't an afterthought. Spent 16 years making distributed systems easier to operate, safer to change, and faster to debug. Currently leading teams that ship AI tooling for infrastructure at scale. Also building DraftSure on the side. AI for rental agreements in India.

Currently

  • Shipping AI diagnostic agents that turn messy telemetry into root cause analysis, so teams spend less time guessing and more time fixing
  • Building change validation systems that catch risks before they become incidents (think automated peer review that actually understands context)
  • Leading a team through large scale platform migrations while keeping everything running and observable
  • Iterating on DraftSure's audit pipeline: two AI models that cross check each other's reasoning before giving you an answer
  • Contributing to internal innersource with hundreds of reusable infrastructure modules and patterns teams actually use

Projects

DraftSure

Rental agreement platform for India. Fill in the basics and get a state-specific, legally sound agreement in under 60 seconds. Or paste any existing agreement and get a clause-by-clause risk audit.

AI Control Engine

A deterministic execution layer for AI coding tasks, built inside VS Code. Every change runs through a strict pipeline: plan, validate, scope check, diff, apply. No auto-commits. Every change is visible, reversible, and reviewable before it touches your codebase.

About

Spent 16 years moving from Unix sysadmin to Big Data to cloud platforms. The stack kept changing but the lesson didn't: the hard part isn't the technology, it's designing systems where doing the right thing is easier than doing the wrong thing.

Now I lead teams building AI systems for DevOps automation and infrastructure operations. The goal is simple: reduce the time between "something's wrong" and "here's why, here's the fix." Also building DraftSure when I'm not helping teams ship faster and safer.
